Hey~

I'm *x-Purple-Fireworks-x again, telling you, if you have asked this person for a commission, you've been cheap-skated. Sorry but he was never gonna do them. And only did a few to make you guys trust him and look as if he was actually going to do them.

I can't really refund everyone as the points have all gone, mine have gone down rapidly etc. But I can try to refund SOME of you as others I can do myself. The CSS's sorry I can't do them so you'll get refunded. The icons I might be able to do them, if I can't I'll try and make up a new style so you can have a special icon <3

The shading and etc. I can do that. I might get help with a few other of my friends but I'll try to get your comms actually done!

Also! This account might stay up as I might use it as an adoption account. I know I already have one. But if anyone has some characters they don't want I can put it on here and hopefully it will get adopted, then the points will either go to refunding people or get shared between people who are low on points.
